2 Corinthians 1:9 ( But we have the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead)
There are two kinds of people in this world, whether you’re a Christian or an idol worshipper or a Muslim or an atheist, you both carry a death sentence, it’s either you die to the flesh to live in Christ Jesus or you’re dead to God, no middle ground.
Those who died to self put their trust in the Lord who can raise the dead.
The sentence of death is placed on everyone coming to the world as a result of the curse on Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. It’s either you die to the flesh or you die to the things of God, those who die to the things of God are spiritually dead, they can’t feel the weights of sin for a dead body doesn’t have stimulation.
Its either you pronounce a death sentence on your carnal nature inherited from Adam or you receive an automatic death sentence for coming to the world.
All men are dead while living, every day is drawing man to his eternal destination, it’s only those who have been quickened by the spirit of God that will resurrect with him on the last day.
The dead that heard the voice of resurrection and life will also hear him when he calls to raise them from the grave, to reign with him in heaven, they won’t experience second death for they have already died to the world, to the flesh and to the works of the devil.
They won’t be held captives by the power of the grave, since their master was never held Captives by it, they live because he lives forevermore.
Jesus Christ died the death that was meant for the whole of humanity, it’s only those who believe in him and surrender their condemned life on the divine altar that will be justified to receive his life, for they have faith in the only begotten Son of God.
It’s either you die now to the things of the flesh or you experience the second death, or you’re reborn now by the spirit of God and you escape eternal death.
We were born to die unless you are born the second time, if you’re only born once by a union between a man and a woman without spiritual rebirth by the spirit of God, you qualify to die the second death, but born twice only die once and be transferred to life through the spirit of God.
I hope all Christians know this, so they won’t worship in vain and live a wasted life.
He who is born of the flesh is of the flesh, religion won’t exonorate you, your righteousness won’t defend you from the grip of death when it comes, its only those who accept the death and resurrection of the lord Jesus Christ that Life will speak on their behalf on the last day, he died so that we may live again, the life we are living doesn’t belong to us anymore, for we are transfer to live the life of the son of God, while our flesh is crucified with him on his Cross, he lives in us to will and to do in his good pleasure.
Transformation is different from reformation, prison life can reform you but transformation can only be gotten by the quickening power of holy spirit.
The most dangerous death sentence is not the one issued for a criminal in the court because that one can be reversed by God, the most dangerous sentences is when Jesus say, depart from me, you worker of iniquity, no one can plead your cause on that day, he desire to serve as your advocate but you willingly rejected him, he will stand as your judge where no one is worthy to intercede on your behalf, because no one take your place except the one anointed by God, the saviour of the world.
The most dangerous death sentence is when you are alienated from God, this is the essence of a walking corpse, they are active in all areas but not living, they can’t understand the mystery of the kingdom, for they’re not given.
The mystery of the kingdom is strange to their DNA neither will they understand the word of God, lest they repent and change from their wicked way and be saved.
They can’t produce the fruit of the Spirit because the works of the flesh and the cares of life have choked the seed of God and allow it not to germinate.
These are people who carry on their body the mark of death, aren’t dead to the things of this world but dead to God himself whose name has been deleted from the book of life, they have separated from his presence and are minus from his grace.
They choose it themselves, a life that is the absence of God will be the absence of all his goodness, when they wouldn’t allow the word to penetrate and quicken them from among the dead.
Dead to the world means you are alive unto God, nothing in the world will be for your amusement, you won’t use your mouth for idle words for it is crucified with Christ.
Your feet are crucified with Christ and will not take you to a place that is devoid of the manifestation of divine presence, you won’t go to a place where the angels of God won’t accompany you.
Circumcision of your heart makes envy and jealousy vacate the place, anger will be an alien to you, because you have crucified your eyes and disciplined yourself, not to behold a maiden to lust after her.
It’s no longer you that is living but Christ living in you to will and to do to his good pleasure.
It’s only those he transforms and quicken from the power of the grave that will rule with him in the kingdom of his father, they’re no more dead but alive unto God for eternity just like Abraham, and Isaac and Jacob, he swallow up death in victory for their sake, O death where is thy sting, O grave where is thy victory?
They are born twice and die only once, they are dead to the world but live forever unto God.
Someone dead can’t die again, whether physical or spiritual, how can you kill someone already dead?
If death appears he will meet with Christ who suffered death for his sake, since death can’t kill Jesus after his resurrection, no way to kill someone whose life is hidden in God.
When Jesus Christ said, let the dead bury their dead, he was referring to the spiritually dead people who refused to repent and choose to remain with the congregation of the dead to go and bury their men who have died physically.
It’s only the living that have hope and only they can praise the lord the only hope of spiritually dead men is to listen to the voice of resurrection and life and come out of their grave, where their destiny is buried forever.
God created Adam and breathes into him his life, its the product of the devil, the seed of the serpent, that aren’t partakers of God’s breath, they are the weeds among the wheat, they shall be sifted from among men, for Jesus himself declared that, ” every tree that my father hasn’t planted shall be rooted up” for they shall remain in their grave, magnet can’t magnetise plastic, they’re not spiritually sensitive, they have ears but can’t listening, eyes but can’t see, no matter what you preached they have chosen not to listen so that the blood of Christ wont avaliable for them and not be healed, which categories do you belong?
The voice of Jesus Christ is sounding through the grave in the land of the dead, deep calleth unto the deep in your souls, seeking for those who have the life of God, calling them for repentance, and separate them, wheat from the tares, sheep from goats; its only who heard that will come out and have his iniquity wipe out to receive the life of God to become a new man.
The sentence of death shall be wiped out for they live for God and receive the image of Christ through the spirit of adoption into the family of God.
Prayer: Father let your quickening spirit bring all your children out from the spiritual grave where Satan tied their destiny, in Jesus name amen
