Isaiah 9:6 ( For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The prince of peace)

The Bible says, ” Unto us a child is born and unto us a child is given, Jesus was born like any other human being as a child, but it’s when he became son that he was able to perform what he came to the world to do, a child that knows nothing can’t be hanged on the cross.

He might be the Wonderful God, Counsellor and everlasting Father, but he was not able to perform all these tasks until he matured to reach a certain age and grew to manhood.

A newly born-again child of God is constantly on God’s watch, their angels kept on beholding the face of God in heaven, but if he is yet to grow up, or spiritually retarded, his heritage won’t be released unto him because it’s hidden in God, until his personal encounter with Him, he’ll remain a novice in the things of the kingdom.

What will a child in the manger do? He won’t be able to defend himself that’s why his father was told to take him to Egypt for protection.

He is the Almighty God but still need an assistance of his parents in the way of life, a man that refused to grow up to maturity is the one who’ll need the eyes of spiritual parents to see through life and the hands of a spiritual father to guide him through his journey.

Jesus was unable to enter into ministry until he reached maturity, a child of God that depends on milk will suffer spiritual malnourishment, hardship with tolerance is the meal of a champion.

How do you explain someone who is doubting the existence of God during a little trial?

Truly we are children of God but when will we grow to become sons and daughters of God?

It’s the sons and daughters that will enjoy the fellowship of the living God, children are ignorant of many things in the kingdom of God their lives are being tossed here and there by the powers that be and they eat whatever junk is given to them, for they’re yet to see what belongs to their peace.

Some Christians want to forever remain as babes, they want a reward for whatever works they did in the house of God, its only babes that don’t care for the welfare of others, they only care for themselves.

There are things we did when we were spiritually young if we remember now we will just laugh at our foolishness, but because we have grown up, we now see it as the works of the flesh in manifestation, before the holy spirit came for our deliverance and crucified our carnal nature to the cross of Christ.

A grown-up child won’t compare himself with others he knows that each person in God’s kingdom is unique with a different race to accomplish to receive reward, he will run his race at his own pace so there won’t be a place for envy and jealousy because that’s the nature of children.

I’m a senior to you and you being senior to me is not a language to be heard among grown-up children, there is no competition for those who know their level in the kingdom.

The Bible says, ” But as many as receive him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name”

The grace is the power given to accelerate to the level of sonship to those who believe in his name, whoever tramples on this grace will remain a servant in the house forever.

It’s the sons that will sit at the right hand with Christ, even while living, their spirit is sitting with Christ at the right hand of God, and the host of darkness will remain under their feet.

So-called children of God are in hell for they’re not ready to attain the level of sonship and miss that grace forever.

There is no difference between servants and sons who don’t know their worth in the kingdom of their father, that is why their inheritance shall be handed over to governors and tutors to manage till they grow to maturity and know their worth.

Some powers act over the children of God in the atmosphere, whenever their provisions are released, they’ll be the ones to handle it for they are yet to grow to challenge their authority over them.

They still have doorways of sin in their life, which give them access to torment and torture them.

Spirit of adoption is for sons and daughters of the kingdom, that is when they will be able to call God ABBA Father.

There are levels of power that a child can’t handle, if you give him, it will be for his own detriment, unless he grows up he won’t access whatever belongs to him.

The day we give our life to Christ and believe in the atonement work of Christ, we are elevated to partake in the word of God together and nurtured into maturity to become a partaker of the benefits that belong to the sons.

It’s not all who enter the hall of congregation that are worthy to proceed into the holy place that only means for the priest, and not all who enter the holy place will enter the holy of holies in the temple of God.

Many just grow in age but do not develop spiritually, they can tell the story of when they started going to church even before most of us are born, but there is no testimony of their encounter with Christ.

It’s only those who are born by the spirit that are called children of God, are you yet to experience spiritual birth or are you still laying claim to your birth by your biological parents to reap whatever your parents sown in the flesh?

God is calling you to rise from your slumber but your response is that this place suits me most.

A place in between the top and the bottom, halfway to the top, a state of mediocrity for the people of God that allow satan to cage their souls.

Some of them become enemies to whoever desires to wake them up, they will tell you that, “we have been like this even when they brought Christianity to our town, what else do you know more than us?.

This gives way for Satan to arrest their souls on the way to glorification, many of us think we are still on the narrow path, not knowing that they had deviated a long time ago when they pitched their tents with the world.

You aren’t genuine if the world is still amused by you, it’s higher up you go with Christ that makes the world become thinner in your eyes and the things of eternal value are more highly important.

Some leaders have led the whole congregation astray when they diverted from their calling to listen to the voice of the serpent, what is the business of the church with a football club?

Most people will miss their way as they follow wrong leaders, they are the ones who will confuse of their destination on their deathbed, and ask, where is the way to heaven?

They just don’t miss it, they have missed all along when they preferred to obey the voice of the ancient serpent and disobey the word of God.

How do you grow to reach the level of sonship when entertainment has eaten deep into every fibre of your being, instead of growth its decadence, till the termite of the flesh consumes and leaves your carcasses for the devil to devour.

Many are called but it’s only a few that are chosen to bear the mantle of Jesus and receive welcome as faithful servants to their father’s kingdom.

But those who don’t aspire to grow shall hear the voice of, “I knew you not, ye workers of iniquity “Even if they work for God and bear his name, they only did it in the flesh, and are not willing to grow and reach the kind of maturity desired to become sons and daughters.
