1 Cor 2:11 ( lest Satan should get the advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices)

The cruelest way that Satan can take advantage of someone in Christ is through ignorance of his devices.

Satan is lurking around every day and every moment looking for a way to take advantage of us and return us back inside the captivity we have been set free.

Jesus Christ says, if a demon is cast out, it will start looking for new habitation in the desert places, if he found none, if will try to go back to wherever he was cast out with seven demons stronger than him, which will later make the latter end of the man worse than before he know God.

If you think you’re standing just take care lest you fall.

The weakness of the church is ignorance, we are ignorant of the knowledge of God and the way his kingdom operates, and also ignorant of Satan’s devices.

God’s grace and mercy have been misunderstood, pushing Christians to commit more sin thinking the grace of God is sufficient to keep them in their sinful states.

This is the time Satan is waiting for to keep as many as possible locked inside his invisible cage that will be difficult to break through unless divine intervention takes place.

Ignorance of the word isn’t an excuse to remain in sin and doesn’t exonerate you from the coming judgment against all disobedience.

The Word is given to navigate the world and as the light to see through the darkness and escape its danger.

It’s to guide our step not to fall into the ditch dug by the devil.

Some things weren’t explained in the Bible but the wisdom of God interprets it to those who are willing and obedient.

Smoking wasn’t mentioned in the Bible but God’s wisdom tells us not to pollute the temple of God, that whoever pollutes it will have God answer to face.

If God wants us to smoke he would have created a chimney on our head.

A little smoke that enters our system through smoking can cause damage to our body and cut short the years that are expected to fulfill the reason we are created.

Whatever gratifies the flesh is sin before God, the work of the flesh and the fruit of the spirit are narrated in the bible, Whatever gratifies the flesh works against the spirit, whether it’s written or not.

Watching movie or porns is not written in the Bible, but the wisdom of God says, we should guide our eyes from beholding evil and stay from the appearance of evil.

A child who can’t understand his parents’ sign language in public places will suffer for disobedience when they reach home.

Sometimes, a wise child will know what it means when his father or mother speaks with eyes or body language in public, he will surely understand the meaning and adjust himself in such situations.

We need wisdom to understand the language of the spirit when God is passing a message because it’s the children of God that are given the understanding of the mystery of the kingdom, or else the devil will take advantage of us.

Unforgiven is the weapon that Satan uses to attack believers the most. If you can’t forgive how do you expect forgiveness from God?

The Bible says, “blessed are those whose sins are forgiven and whose iniquity is pardoned “.

One of Satan’s antics is that he will send his agents to provoke you to anger to the extent that you’ll vow not to forgive or forget and will use it to stand against you before the throne whenever you’re praying for a breakthrough.

The unforgiven will lead to rage which in turn becomes envy that when you see the enemy prospering your anger is aroused and you’ll later turn your prayers to a death sentence against your enemies.

This in turn hinders our prayers from reaching the throne of God and will permit Satan to block the way of progress.

How do you expect God to dwell in that kind of heart which always thinks of evil against others? Even Jesus Christ forgave all the offenders while still in pain on the Cross.

There are people that God puts in our lives to teach us a lesson that can’t be learned anywhere.

We can’t just learn from books, we learn also from the people who surround us.

God’s forgiveness depends on whether we forgive others, until we release that person from the prison of our heart, our prayers won’t pass the ceiling of our house.

There is no way you’ll read the bible like a story book or find something there that’ll support your lewdness that Satan won’t take advantage of you.

If you know the works your accuser is doing to bring you to judgment and if you know what Christ is doing at the right hand of God interceding on your behalf, you won’t take your salvation for granted or trample upon the blood that set you free.

There are demons that Satan set up to monitor all your movements, If God should open your eyes to see them, you won’t do things that’ll remove the face of God from your life, and you won’t like to live a careless life that’ll jeopardize your destiny.

The more you study your Bible is the more you discover the level of damage the devil has done, No wonder Christ wept when he reached the grave of Lazarus because of the level of human ignorance that makes Satan take advantage of them to trample over their lives.
