The sceptre of righteousness has been handed over to the Lord Jesus Christ. He is to rule the nations with a rod of iron and dash to pieces whoever crosses His path like a potter’s vessel, for He is the Potter and we are the clay. He moulds us however He wishes to suit His purpose.

You need to secure your relationship with Christ before it is too late, so that you will not regret ever coming into the world.

Your relationship with Christ determines the level of your intimacy with God. He determines how far you go in life. Many souls cannot reach their destination because they intentionally broke their relationship with Him and became branches cut off from the Vine, whose destiny is the fire.

Your relationship with Christ determines where you will spend eternity. Those who claim to have a relationship with Him but have divided attention have become reeds tossed about by the turbulence of the sea, without direction or destination.

Double-minded souls will not have an inheritance in His kingdom. Your relationship with Him requires separation from the world. Anything that seeks to obstruct that relationship should be removed and cast aside so that you may have a perfect relationship with Him.

It is not by profession or confession of the mouth, but by deeds that testify that you have been with Him and learned at His feet.

The Israelites claimed to have a relationship with Abraham but failed to do the works of Abraham by rejecting the One whom God sent.

They laid claim to the fatherhood of God but failed to acknowledge His only begotten Son. Instead, they sought to kill Him because they did not believe in Him or in the words of Moses.

Whatever causes a hindrance between you and God should be taken to Calvary and nailed to the cross, where the sins and guilt of mankind were nailed and buried forever.

To know the power of His resurrection, you must experience the fellowship of His sufferings. Without this, you have not yet truly known Him.

Some may occupy high positions in a congregation and kiss the feet of their pastor, but if they do not kiss the Son, they will not have their place secured in heaven and will not be acknowledged by God.

Whether the world likes it or not, and whether Satan desires it or not, Christ has been enthroned upon the holy hill of Zion. His dominion surpasses all powers and influences. It is your relationship with Him that will draw you to Him at His second coming through the power of His Spirit.

If your relationship with Him is broken, reconcile yourself to Him now. Renounce everything that causes separation and repent of the sins that have created a barrier between you and Him.

He created you for His glory. Anything that deprives you of His presence is what turns that glory into Ichabod. A broken relationship is like a branch cut off from the vine, having nothing to contribute except to be cast into the fire of hell.

Your relationship with Christ is the bond of love between you and His Father. Those who claim to know God but fail to acknowledge the divinity of Christ are deceiving themselves. Jesus is the gateway to the Father. Rejecting Him is rejecting the only connection that can bring you to the Father in heaven.

Forsake every ungodly relationship to perfect your relationship with Him.

Since the beginning of time, Satan has sought to seize the sceptre of authority from God. He failed and then introduced rebellion into mankind against the authority of God.

This is what humanity does when it creates its own ways and seeks to become self-dependent apart from the power of the Most High. They rage and set themselves together against the LORD and His Anointed, saying, “Let us break their bonds asunder and cast away their cords from us.” That is why He who sits in heaven laughs.

Do you know what God does with such foolishness? He laughs because He knows that what you seek to accomplish can never succeed.

You rebel against Him when you go against His Word and scorn His commandments. Unless you kiss the Son, you remain under His anger and have no place in His kingdom.

No one can be independent of God and survive without a relationship with Him. To reject Him is to court death and choose the power of the grave as your guide.

It is a vain imagination that makes humanity think it can live without God. Do you know how you came into this world? Can you explain how bones grow in a mother’s womb? You cannot. Since you cannot explain such simple mysteries, how can you comprehend things beyond your imagination?

No one can predict the day of death, let alone what happens at judgment or where eternity will be spent apart from God.

Do not let Satan deceive you. He is using the kings and rulers of the earth to break the cords of the Almighty from among them. They plot against God and His Anointed, saying, “Let us break their cords from us and cast them away.”

Satan knows what many humans do not know. He knows he cannot win against God. Even when he first manifested himself through the serpent to deceive Eve, his purpose was rebellion. Today, he works through kings and rulers to bring humanity to his level as condemned criminals.

Satan cannot confront humanity directly; he needs flesh through which to manifest his evil purposes. Because he used the serpent to deceive Eve, the serpent came under a perpetual curse. It was cursed above all animals. Likewise, whoever becomes an instrument of offence will face condemnation.

Do not let Satan deceive you. Whatever instrument he uses automatically comes under the curse of God. This is how he brought generations of mankind under God’s curse, turning them into instruments of offence that hinder the purposes of God.

He needs instruments for communication and destruction; therefore, he chooses kings and rulers of the earth to work against the Almighty.

He uses them to drive God’s presence from their domains, not realizing that God is omnipresent. The Lord laughs them to scorn because their mission is impossible.

The devil understands what many humans fail to comprehend. He knows that God cannot be conquered. His main objective is to turn people against God and increase the population of hell.

Whoever is wise among the children of men should kiss the Son lest He be angry. Only those who put their trust in Him are truly blessed.

Whatever you kiss becomes a sign of your allegiance to the power behind it. Some kissed the breast of Jezebel to confirm their relationship with the queen of heaven.

Others kiss the feet of their pastor to confirm his authority over them. Kissing the Son of God seals His lordship over your life. Therefore, be careful what you kiss. It will either build you up or ruin you.
