1 Cor 10:4,5 ( for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imagination and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ)

If a nation is conquered by another, the victorious nation constructs its stronghold in the cities, using them as its armoury to prevent the nation from gaining freedom.

If such nations reinforce themselves, they will find a way to pull down such a stronghold and chase the enemy away from their land.

Satan has put the whole world under his armpit, he has built a stronghold in each life which he has to monitor and afflict such a life.

Every human being is under the authority of Satan, it’s either by inheritance or acquired, one way or the other, Satan has built his stronghold in a life that is not submitting under the leadership of Christ.

The Bible says, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds and casting down every imagination and putting everything under the obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ.

This life is a battle some inherited from birth, inherited sin brings inherited bondage, and places someone under an inherited stronghold..

If you truly want to be permanently free, you need to submit to the Lordship of Christ, he has rendered captivity captives, he conquered the battle on your behalf, and handed you over the victory at His Cross.

As long as the stronghold of Satan is still standing in your life, there is nothing you can do, you will be under his subjection and obey his authority through your flesh.

The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, this is repentance, Jesus Christ says, if you too fail to repent, you will likewise perish.

Means that there is nothing you can do that will break down the stronghold of darkness, inherited or acquired.

It’s the work of the flesh that empowers the devil to take over life, and it must be surrendered to the power of the Cross to conquer.

Many Christians don’t know this, they keep on fighting their battles with the weapon of the flesh, they are using Satan to fight devils, they are not in almost all prayer programs, and they go through deliverance without any solution.

The stronghold of Satan in them is still standing strong, they keep malice with their neighbors and friends.

Some who are involved with family idols are still paying obeisance to the gods and goddesses of their father’s compound, in the name of let give what belongs to Cesar to Cesar.

That area you refuse to repent of is the enemy area of attack that is the place of armory that keeps on attacking in the dream and in the physical.

Attachment to your head is one of his strongholds: a lady who was pregnant and the pregnancy had been overdue, going on twelve months.

She went with her husband to a pastor for prayers, then the man of God said, if she wanted him to pray with them, she should first remove the attachment on her head.

The woman was reluctant but the husband persuaded her to lose the demonic thing on her head, immediately she finished losing it, she fell into labour and gave birth.

Most of the area that Satan is hiding is difficult to detect, it’s only by the leading of the Holy Spirit that one can overcome.

Stronghold is what postpones the day of miracles and lets your miracle pass you by.

It’s removed the face of God from shining on one until it’s pulled down permanently.

Holding onto accursed things can be a stronghold, if you love what is hated by God it will be difficult for his face to shine on you and block your heavens from opening. Fornicators and adulterers are constructing a place for the devil if they refuse to repent.

They invited demons into their private part that will rise to destroy them in the future.

Stealing and covetousness are ways Satan built his stronghold in stealing your virtue and all things deposited by God into your life, there is a curse placed by God on the house of thieves in the Bible, all these are what the devil used to fight against Christians who don’t obey the commandments of God fully.

Those who change figures in their place of work are putting themselves under the control of Satan, unfortunately, most of them are right there inside the church.

So also a drunkard is building a stronghold of the devil in his life, that is the area Satan sets to afflict your finances and health, when you reach your zero point spiritually.

The stronghold must be rendered empty to allow God to take over, the stronghold of poverty in some people’s lives is laziness and stinginess, they lack focus in whatever they put their hands to do, if they truly want to experience a financial breakthrough, they must repent from this.

Instead of sowing seed into a barren land.

No pastor or man of God can tell you where the enemy is hiding to afflict you, they might pray for you for God to open your eyes of understanding, and pray for the light of God to shine in your path and see the hiding place of your enemy, but not to pull it down, unless the Godsend….to be continued
