Worshippers are different from entertainers, entertainers collect money after a performance but worshippers bring down the glory of God while the flesh is abased.

Both are moving in different dimensions, the entertainers are moving directly to the world and to the realms of Satan while the worshippers are moving towards the throne of God to bring down his presence.

The world loves entertainment but the people of the spirit are disgusted by the amusement of the flesh.

That’s why they’re hated by the world, if you’re truly regenerated you won’t like to be entertained it sounds repulsive to the souls and attracts demons that’ll stagnate your spiritual life.

I remember when I gave my life to Christ and was looking for a church to attend, the first church I attended in Lagos is full of entertainment, even their vigil had no iota of worship, all what they do through out the night is inviting all manner of musicians for entertainment, even their worship is full of entertainment, that is why I left for another church that is serious with their relationship with God.

There is no way to grow if you’re with these kinds of people, that is what the devil wants, he doesn’t want anyone to have a serious relationship with God so that he can access their souls whenever he likes.

An entertainment puts you in the presence of Satan while a worship puts you in the presence of God where evil can’t penetrate.

No one committed suicide after worshipping God, he’ll find a reason to live above his current situation that will bring glory to the name of God.

But there are folks who from entertainment committed suicide because it carries satanic energy that’ll make someone not see reason to live, because their spiritual man has been suppressed under the load of entertainment.

That is when you’ll see who is better than you, and won’t allow you to see who you’re far better than, even packaging looks so real under the influence of entertainment.

Evil is always hidden behind entertainment, Herod made a terrible promise after he was entertained by Herodias’ daughter, and King Ahasuerus was incensed after his wife refused to attend to his demand after entertainment.

This shows that Satan is behind all these things called entertainment to divert the attention of man from God to himself to carry out his evil plan against humanity.

Entertainment is addictive, what most Christians don’t know is that they always wanted to be entertained, that’s why after church service they tuned to a sport or soap opera at home that’ll keep them active in the things of the flesh.

The Bible says, “Be sober and be vigilant”.

Entertainment will never make you sober and be vigilant about the things of the spirit.

Wherever you go for worship, and at the end of everything, you’re not sober enough to think about your eternity, you’re not yet worshipping God.

If you really want to break from the addiction of entertainment you must switch to the worship of the Almighty in spirit and in truth, Too much entertainment makes people fall into depression which makes them question their existence.

God wants us to submit our body as a living sacrifice on his altar, This is the kind of worship that’ll bring all our achievements and earthly glory submitted at the feet of Jesus Christ as the twenty-four elders submitted their crowns before the throne.

Prayer: Father Lord, keep me always in your presence, that I may be in your house to worship you forever, in Jesus’ name amen
