Matt 25:14 ( for the kingdom of heaven is as a man traveling into a far country, who called his servants and delivered unto them his goods)

Talent is the opportunity given by God to work in his vineyard; he provides each person with their ability; that is why you don’t need to be jealous of someone who was endowed more than you; each person will give an account of whatever is given to the day of judgment.

A servant was given one talent, and another was given two, while one was given five; they all traded with it and brought more profits to the giver, but the person that was given one talent hid it and made it unprofitable for the owner of the talent.

There is a responsibility attached to every gift given by God.

The day you discover what you’re created to be is the day the yoke of darkness breaks free from your life.

The reason many are still languishing in the valley of demotions is that they’re yet to discover the reason they were created, or maybe they know but don’t want to take responsibility.

Everything that’ll make life easy for men is hidden inside God; God answered some people’s prayers in the bible, for they met with God’s demand for their lives.

Sarah was blessed with Isaac for he will be the carrier of the blessings of Abraham, a child of promise.

God answered Hanna, for she prayed according to the program of God to bring prophets and priests to the land.

So also Zacharia, the father of John, for someone needs to bear the forerunner of the Lord Jesus Christ.

God is not a waster He created all things for a purpose; until you discover your purpose of becoming rich, you’ll be far from being wealthy; you will remain on a mountain of prayers while things will pass you by in your ignorance.

Someone was told to come to a governor’s office for a state assignment, but the governor said that he would give him work so that he could take care of his grandmother, but this man declined, and that opportunity passed him by, he is still languishing in the pit of poverty.

It’s because many Christians don’t like responsibility. That’s why God assigned another to take their place in blessings; they’ll wonder what is happening.

It’s their selfishness that denies them their right in the kingdom of God; they want to use the resources given by God to achieve their selfish desire, which is far from the will of God.

We are praying to be linked with our helper. Have we prayed to be linked with the people we’ll help, who’ll fulfill their destiny through us?

If you don’t have a person to feed with your resources, how do you pray that God should increase you?

Some are stingy with their children and spouses; it’s hard to provide what they need when they have what it takes, and they stay on the mountain of prayers for financial prosperity.

Our assignment starts from our household; if you can’t take care of your family, how do you expect God to use you and feed the nation?

Whatever God gives will be for the edification of his kingdom on earth and to the glorification of his name, he doesn’t give for given sakes.

Selfishness must be removed before he gives; that is why God deals with self at Calvary by crucifixion before he can release your earthly heritage.

Whatever he gives on earth is to prepare you for your eternal habitation.

God needs men to be his treasurer. If only we overcome selfishness, then we’ll become his candidate.

Each assignment is just like assigning a task to an individual in a company; some may be on the field working, while some sit at the front desk calculating and being in charge of finance.

Thinking that someone in charge of company finance is at leverage over those who work in the field is an error.

They will all give an account for what is given to them; if the account officer mismanages company money, he will answer for it.

Likewise in the kingdom of God, if God makes you his treasurer, you will spend to increase his kingdom on earth, not to use your wealth to Lord over God’s heritage.

We are all working for the fulfillment of divine purpose; wherever God put us is a place of assignments, and no one is better than others in the kingdom of God.

Remember Judas, who was in charge of the account of God’s mission on earth. He kept stealing from it, but the other apostles were not jealous of him, but he destroyed himself with covetousness and lost his position.

If you don’t know the value and usefulness of a thing, it will be stolen from you. Satan is looking for those who haven’t discovered the reason they are created to lure and steal whatever they carry.

If you know who you are, that’s when you’ll be able to protect what you carry.

If you, in turn, mismanage what God gives, it will be at your disadvantage on the day of judgment.

Talent is not a reward; it’s given for you to exploit for God’s kingdom. Those who treat talents as a reward always misuse them, thinking God gave them to satisfy their carnal desires.

We have not reached heaven, where our reward is located; it’s when we get there that we’ll know what God prepared for his children as their reward for serving him faithfully on earth.
