Religious men are those who are searching for God in whichever and whatever place they think they will see him; they search mountains and the sea in search of God, who is always present with them, but their eyes cannot comprehend it.

Even if a man or woman rises up today and proclaims himself or herself to be God, they will believe him because of the supernatural he or she displayed.

Anything supernatural is worshipped by religious men, without thinking of its origins.

When apostle Paul and Silas performed a miracle on a lame man in the name of Jesus Christ, the people in that environment took palm leaves to sacrifice to them as Jupiter who came down, but thank God that they tore their clothes and rejected it.

No wonder, if someone just rise up now and start performing signs and wonder, the depraved nature of man will desire to worship him as God, its human being that put the false prophets in this position, had they believed that there is no other God except christ, they wouldn’t have brought themselves in such low level position to serve who and what is not God.

I heard of a man in a church telling one of their members that he used to see their leaders as Jesus Christ, and asked, Is he not Jesus, because he is the one giving them the word?

The moment he started learning from the word from their teacher, his desire was to arrogate supremacy and power to a mortal soul, not knowing the consequences to his spiritual state.

Most of these spiritual leaders fall into this kind of deception from their members and start arrogating power and supremacy to themselves as men presumed them to be, the same leader was telling them that he is their god as long as he is the one giving them the word of life, he has the authority to control and lead them. What kind of heresies?

A woman once told me after service that she used to see me as Jesus Christ, and I warned her against such, not knowing that she was the one sent from the kingdom of darkness to destabilise my ministry and my life.

Most of these who see their religious leaders as god are themselves not humans, it’s only fallen angel that sees Satan as god who sit upon the mount of congregation which proclaimed himself as the most high God.

They have set their eyes not to see the true god but counterfeit, because that is who they are.

Had the apostles not rent their cloths and told the people not to worship them, we would have seen the images of them scattered abroad in the name of god or a goddess.

This is the mind of religious people, they created their own god in their imagination to replace the true God of the Bible, they know what they are doing, because they never want to serve the true God as their God, thereby making their anointed leaders as their true god, to replace the one who died to set them free.

Human souls are lost, God came down in Jesus Christ to redeem man to himself, it’s God that is searching for man to bring him out of the miry clay of life and reconcile him to his lost position.

Jesus Christ is the one seeking the lost sheep, not vice versa.

You are still lost if you are still searching for a man to replace God, if it is Jesus Christ who finds you in your lost state, you will recognise him as God, but if it’s you who seek for your God, you’re still lost, you will need the mercy of God to seek you out.

Israelites would have made Moses their god if God hadn’t buried him where no one knows till now.

Sometimes, it’s the honour we arrogate to these false people that energises them to make them think they are irreplaceable.

It’s unwise among them that believed in the testimony of men about themselves, no wonder Christ says that he never relies on human testimony, but that of his father and the holy spirit.

Any man or woman looking at fellow human beings as God is lost, this is the character of fake human beings towards fake prophets, like attracts likes, as they don’t like to retain God in their knowledge, god gave them over to a reprobate mind, He gave them up to serve what is not God, while their foolish heart was darkened.

Even if you direct them to the true God, they will reject, for they have decided to choose for their fallen nature what is good for themselves and not in the will of God.
