John 8:32 ( And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free)

I know of a deliverance minister who bleaches his skin. How can a man who bleaches his skin deliver someone from the bondage of lust?

Even if he can cast out demons, it will be a demonic exchange: he removes what is there and gives you his own—a transfer of demons and evil spirits. Such deliverance cannot be permanent.

A deliverance minister who masturbates cannot deliver anyone. He, too, is in bondage, tied hand and foot. Which authority will he use to cast demons out of their hidden closet?

Those who parade from one deliverance ground to another, seeking liberation from the powers of darkness, are doing themselves no good. The Word of God, which they should hide in their hearts so they will not sin against Him, is what they are playing with and trampling upon. How will that same Word deliver them?

True deliverance comes through the knowledge of the truth about sin that holds you captive and obedience to God’s Word, and by walking according to His precepts.

The more His Word illuminates your soul, the more the light of God shines into every dark area, and the more His Word brings you down on your knees, and as you apply the Word to your situation, demons become increasingly uncomfortable occupying your life; they pack their luggage and leave.

God gave the Church ministries, but He did not establish a ministry of deliverance. Rather, He gives the custodian of His Word authority to cast out demons in His name.

If God’s holy Word has no place in your heart, how can you use it to drive evil spirits out of others if you can’t use it to resist the devil in you?

Those who establish a ministry of deliverance on carnal knowledge will eventually be used by Satan.

No Christian has a monopoly on deliverance. The power to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the powers of darkness has been given to all Christians with no exception.

Cast out the evil spirits manifesting through you before dealing with the one inside another person. Do not exchange their problems for yours and bring God’s wrath upon yourself.

If a powerful demon controls your situation and you consult someone more powerful to deliver you, you have merely exchanged one bondage for another. You have come under the authority of a more powerful spirit, which will place its seal upon your life as a certificate of ownership.

These kinds of men see men and women in charge of your problems, but they won’t see the sins that put you there; they divert the attention of many from the real to something that doesn’t have to do with their deliverance to prolong their stay in captivity.

Many who are transferred from the world into the Church still harbor secret hatred for God because they have not let go of the forces holding them captive. That hatred is the devil’s seal upon their lives.

You can recognize them by their hatred. They hate the truth that should set them free and reject the Word of God intended for their salvation.

If you think everyone who goes to church has the love of God in their hearts, examine their attitude toward His Word. The proof of our love for Him is the extent to which His Word governs our lives. The proof of His love for us is Christ’s death on the cross of Calvary to deliver us from the captivity of the wicked one.

Wherever sin has dominion, there is bondage. Only by giving the Word of God preeminence can you keep sin from enslaving you…

A Christian who is obsessed with one thing or the other is already in the captivity of his enemy; obsession leads to oppression, which finally leads to demonic possession if you refuse to cast it out.

Many are obsessed with their devices. Computer games, phones, and social media control some people; they cannot do without them.

Whatever you can’t do in moderation has taken over your soul; you’ll need the Son of God to intervene and set you free.

These devices have snatched good things from some people and replaced them with junk—pornography, masturbation, and phone sex, in which many Christians engage. They think no one sees them, but they do not know that the eyes of God run to and fro across the face of the earth.

Which sins have dominion over you while you continue saying they do not matter? They will matter when you see where they have taken you.

By then, it may be too late for repentance. All that remains is to eat the fruit of your disobedience to God’s law.

God searches the earth for those who align themselves with His Word, so He can reward them accordingly.
