Matthew 3:12 ( Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn off the chaff with unquenchable fire.)

The church for which Christ is coming to rapture must be blameless. That is why He is doing the separation now through His word and His blood. Whoever accepts His word and believes shall be cleansed by His blood.

It’s the passover lamb that brought separation between Egypt and the Israelites; they can’t remain in Egypt when they have been redeemed by the blood and still fulfil the reason for their deliverance.

Likewise, a child of God can’t remain in the world and still fulfil the purpose of his redemption; there must be total separation.

Christians who still want to remain in the world and covet the dainties of Egypt are yet to sever their relationship with the forces of darkness, they are yet to repent, that’s why they pitch their tent between the world and the promised land.

If the anger of God should descend on the heathen and unbelievers, they will also become partakers.

Christians must be separated from ancestral covenant or generational familiar spirits; they have been redeemed from the curse of the law, so why would they put themselves in the bondage which Christ has paid for?

Godliness with contentment is a great gain, when a Christians start running after mundane things, he has lost it to the kingdom of darkness.

All the apostles of Jesus Christ died poor in material possessions; they knew the difference between holy and unholy and never tried to smear their garments with defilement. They knew that enough food and clothing were sufficient to fulfil their destiny. Why is it different this time around?

Disciples of Jesus Christ preferred to lose the world than lose their souls, for there is no gain whatsoever if you gain the whole world and lose your soul.

Their souls are precious to them more than thousands of galaxies of stars, more than Ferrari and fine buildings, it’s more important to them that they surrender it to Christ at the feet of his Cross so they may take it back in the end.

This must also be the lifesaver for all believers to win the race set before them.

We must be totally separated from the world and its glory, for all belong to the devil whoever is attached to it has lost his place in the kingdom of God.

There must be total separation before you can be accepted by God.

It’s because our leaders have introduced us to another gospel with another Jesus who chose the earth as their eternal abode.

Turn your back on the world and face Calvary, you can’t separate from one and still be connected to others.

Repentance means separation from all things that bring defilement; repentance without separation is incomplete deliverance. This is what led to the destruction of many Israelites in the wilderness.

It will also hinder many Christians from making it to the promised land.

Prayer: Father lord, separate me from all defilement and preserve me by your blood in Jesus’ name, amen.
