Defilement is influenced by demons, for they thrive in unclean places, evil spirits are a threat to human existence, they cut life short and deprive man from experience the goodness of God to the fullest.

Matthew 15:17-20 ( Do not ye ye understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly and is cast out into draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts murder, adultery, fornication, theft, false witness, blasphemies. These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands defile not a man)

That is why God asks us to separate from whatever causes defilement and consecrate ourselves to His will and purpose.

There’s no parents that will like to hug or embrace a child that is full of escreta, he will first take the child to a place where there is water and wash her clean before hugging her, likewise no one can enter into God’s presence with anything that defiled, souls or body, that is the essence of Jesus Christ shedding his blood to purify and make us able to approach God in his glory.

Stain of sin has marred every man created in God’s image to make him look more like a devil with filthiness.

The Bible declares that nothing unclean shall enter nor anything that causes defilement.

Devil smeared humanity with defilement from birth and made it look natural, it’s so natural for carnal man to commit sin, he sees nothing special about it, after all others are doing it.

After all others are sleeping with many partner and see nothing evil, others backbite in their house and place of work but see nothing special about it.

A married man that look at women lustfully, who even brings a side chick to his matrimonial bed see nothing bad because it looks normal, the normal things of unregenerated souls are what infect others into doing the same.

It won’t be normal for a born-again Christians do it it will become abnormal in the eyes of believers, which is why conscience comes in.

It’s the spirit of God that does the work of conviction and brings repentance, but since unbelievers are yet to regenerate, they can’t feel the weight of sin, their souls can’t respond to the stimulation of sin, so all sins seem natural.

Whatever is called defilement by God can’t be made clean by anything, even the blood of Jesus wasn’t shed for that, it was shed to purify human beings and remove defilement from souls if they allowed.

Its not only souls that God want to protect, your body is inclusive that’s why he says that we should present our body as a living sacrifice, Holy and acceptable unto God, this is our reasonable service unto God, if you have present your body to God you wont adore it with the properties of babylon, if you submit your body under God’s guidance, you wont decorate it with marine products.

A body that you refused to present to God will be under the control of the devil, which shall be used to advertise his products.

God want to take over everything concerning you, he won’t tolerate rivalry because he is a jealous God.

Any area that is defiled become demons habitation and turnd to Satan strongholds where weapons are deposited to wage war against you and others.

God wants to bring an end to defilement including the ones outside the body or within the body, because nothing unclean shall enter his presence.

No matter how holy you looks you won’t enter the gate if things that glorify the work of darkness are attached to your body.

Most things that befall humanity as afflictions and oppression gotten its root in defilement, the deeper into doing things contrary to God’s will is the more evil gains ground, Satan wouldn’t want to lose wherever he conquered so he put his strongholds and demons to secure the place against outside interference.

That’s why the strongman must be bound and the goods be spoiled by the power that superseded all the forces of heaven and earth put together and the souls defiled shall be saved from pollution all around, spirit, soul and the body altogether and the spirit of the living God shall gain preeminence.
