2 Cor 6:17 ( wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not unclean thing: and I will receive you)

The call of God has been for separation from the beginning of the Old Testament to the New Testament. He separated Israel from Egypt after their redemption through the blood of the passover lamb.

He brought them out of Egypt by passing through the Red Sea, which caused separation perpetually so that they wouldn’t be able to locate the land of bondage, nor go back there under any circumstances.

The call for repentance is for separation, the wheat separated from the tares, light from darkness, sheep from goats and the living from the dead.

The seed of the woman has mixed up with the seed of the serpent, the works of the flesh are what join them together and place them on the same judgment of destruction.

They’re all growing together till the time of harvest.

Those who believe in the Son of God will be removed from the divine judgment against all disobedience, and those who don’t believe are under his wrath.

All creatures are all alike till separation takes place, it’s the light of God and the blood of the lamb that will separate light from darkness. In contrast, the blood of the lamb marks for the safety of those who belong to God, and those who belong to darkness will remain there, for they won’t want their evil deeds to be exposed.

Those who belong to God will love to listen to his word and those who despise him will not listen or obey the word that’s bound to set them free.

This is the mission of Jesus Christ to the earth to bring the children of God back to himself, whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

But the final separation will happen after he comes to take his people to his father’s house and remove the tares from the wheat, separating them for unquenchable fire.

If you refuse to separate yourself now, a time is coming when he will do the final separation, which will tag you among the tares prepared for the fire of hell.

The mark that shows that you belonged to God is not finding incriminating things in your luggage; the unclean must have been washed by the blood of the lamb. You need this separation before you breathe your last.

You can’t wait till death comes before you give up on something, like many people are saying, perfection must take place before death comes.

Separate from sins that easily beset, separate from presumptuous sin, and things you do that don’t glorify God.

You separate from evil communication that corrupts good manners and evil gathering in the seat of the scornful, and separation from all the works of the flesh that align you with darkness.

Separation from the world and its allurement, you can’t have agreements with the devil and still uphold the covenant of Father Abraham.

There must be separation, for there is no concordance with Christ and Belial, and there is no agreement between the temple of God and Baal, or what part is who believe had with unbelievers?

There is no matrimony with the light and darkness, the marital alliance with the world and the church must be divorced, which creates another Jesus that is lenient with unruly behaviour.

Unfortunately, the church is bringing alliance between the world and herself without the authority of Christ, who is the head. It’s only sacrilegious and leads to compromise, which eventually removes Christ from the throne to place another power there that aligns with the works of darkness.

The church is the body of Christ, a body that allows itself to be used in exchange for material prosperity is no longer more than a harlot.

If you don’t separate from the works of darkness as a believer, how do you lay claim to the fatherhood of God?
