After the serpent introduced the fruit to the woman, she would have started meditating on the seemingly better side of it: this fruit was good for food, even though it was commanded by the Lord not to eat it, but their carnal nature has been activated to eat out of what the Lord forbidden.
Even though it will have dangerous effects on their upcoming generations, they went ahead to analyze the pleasant part of it that is pleasing to behold and also see the side that’ll make one wise: but not wise in the things of God because eating out of it didn’t come from Him, but in the way of the world.
There are some films that men always think will impact wisdom to the viewer, but it’s the wisdom beneath because those who are supposed to give wisdom are not themselves wise in the way of God.
They walked in rebellion against the law of God in the film; it’s what they have they will give.
They only impact the craftiness of Satan with his cruelty to make one behave like him and draw one closer to the world than God.
By watching it, souls and minds are being held captive by their activities and dressings, The actors and actresses enchant men with their looks, so they can desire to be like them till they start manifesting it outwardly.
I see more evil in keeping television in the house more than the good side of it, that is where horror films are displayed, including porns; it’s the doorway of Satan to penetrate the home and dismantle it.
Television was invented for amusement; it will activate the desire of the flesh and the pride of life, it’s the doorway which eyes is being polluted.
No wonder a denomination called it “devil’s box.”.
Most actors and actresses are demons in human forms; that is why they are able to influence souls for evil purposes.
I remember when I was young, I used to watch this Yoruba program tagged, “Ifa olokun asorodayo.”
Most of the children involved in watching it were already learning incantation and chanting to eulogize the Ifa priest and sing their anthems.
We thought all was good, and we desire to copy them, not knowing that we are being dragged gradually to satanism and the way of the world.
How many children do we know that are copying information from films nowadays? They are trying to join themselves with white witchcraft, thinking that it was from God, as they were presented by the actors, while they think the black ones are from the devil, not knowing that all forms of witchcraft, white or black, are all inventions from hell.
It’s very difficult to see film actors and actresses that are born again and spirit filled; even our Christian films are not left out; they displayed their carnality in the film in the name of spirituality, even though they claimed to change men, but unfortunately it’s the way of Satan to bring the entertainment industry to Christian worship.
There are demons being invoked wherever an incantation is made in any film; we can’t see them since they’re with spiritual energy, but the effect lasts a long time in the lives of the viewers.
Television programs make evil look good and make good look bad to men; if care isn’t taken on time, it will lead our young ones into more evil till their lives are ruined.
Most Hollywood movies are occultic inclined; they introduce the way of Babylon to the spiritual life of Christians, which makes one believe in witchcraft, thinking it’s a good omen, not knowing it’s the way of winning souls into the kingdom of Satan.
I remember a day when two ladies brought a film to watch in my house; the film only reflected witchcraft and serpentine manifestation. I warned them to stop playing it because my spirit wasn’t in alignment with it.
Later in the night, I saw a serpent appear in my sitting room, roaming around the house in the dream till I started praying and it crawled out.
We are using our hands to invite evil, thinking that we are helping ourselves to overcome boredom.
If it’s television that can help you overcome boredom in your house, you need deliverance.
The Devil is crafty, but being ignorant of the will of God through His word is what makes us become his captives without us knowing it.
Apostle Paul said, If it’s meat that will make my brother fall, I will rather not eat meat again.
If it’s television that will cause my children not to be totally committed to God and to make them possess evil spirits, I will rather destroy all the television in my house.
Anything called amusement is to keep souls busy with fantasies and make them relaxed from being affected by the troubles of the world, but it is very dangerous to the soul.
Television is to keep Christians busy from preparing for the second coming of the Lord; it makes us relax while Satan is busy expanding his territory; it is a distraction from praying for the progress of the kingdom and the preparation of the saints for His appearance.
There are demons being invoked into the house whenever worldly films are played; how much more do worldly songs that are being played on our television?
It changed our orientation towards the things of God and made us relax in the middle of danger; beware, this world is not a playing field; it’s a battle ground. We have never heard where Jesus laughs or makes jokes in the Bible because He knows what is on the ground, and also Satan never jokes with a man’s soul.
Even if there is a good side to it, the bad side and the consequences outweigh the good of it in our lives and that of upcoming generations.
Prayer: Father Lord, don’t allow the deeds of the wicked to overshadow me in Jesus name, amen.
